Hey Guys. I know what you all have been thinking…What Happened to Katie. Well allow me to give you a quick update. In my New years post I made mention how I wanted to make 12 changes throughout 2019. Well that has not been going as I had planned. As we are all aware life has a tendency to get in the way and at times throw us curve balls that we were not necessarily planning on. One big event that happened was that while Brandon and I were trying to decide how we wanted to organize our files on our servers so that we can get back to developing we had not one, not 2 but 3 hard drives go on our various servers that we used to store our work. One of the hard drives was on a new server that we just got ( well not new but new to us). So that put a wrench in any plans we had to work on anything because we had to get new hard drives and then Brandon had to do some re-configuring. Not only did we have the servers go but my full time job has been a little crazy. By the time I get home from work, make dinner, clean up its like 8 pm and I don’t necessarily feel like doing anything.
So I am going to recommit myself to improve. I know it will not be easy but if I stay focus and stop making excuses I know I can do it. I am going to make a more conscious effort to update my blog more often. I want to share with you all my successes and my failures. I mean lets face it we are all at some point in our lives are going to have both. If we can’t learn from both how are we going to grow.
I am going to leave with this one quote that I found today while searching on Pintrest for a health related quote for an Alphabet health challenge I am currently doing through my primary employer. I think it not only pertains to achieving your health and fitness goals but any goal that you set for yourself in your life. “Excuses are for People who do not want it bad enough”.
