It is that time of year again ( I can’t believe it) where we say good bye to 2018 and hello to 2019. With the start of the new year comes the New Years Resolution. You know that one thing ( or several) that you are going to do in the year to come. You have your typical resolutions….”I am going to get in shape”, “I am going to lose 20lbs”, or “I am going to get more organized”. If you are anything like me and probably 50 percent of the population you go strong for maybe a month or so and then it fizzles.
So this year I am going to look at the resolution a little bit differently. Every month I am going to make one change. They say that it takes 21 days to form a habit. So why not use the year to start 12 new habits that will make me an all around better person. Now what are the changes that I want to make in 2019. I am not going to lie there is a lot I want to change in 2019( more than 12), but now I have to narrow it down to the top 12. What are those changes going to be, I guess you will just have to wait and see. To end this post…Happy holidays to all of you and thank you for sharing my journey with me. Stay tuned for 2019.
